About the Practice

The office was founded by Robyn Willson Hattaway* in 2010. After practicing in Georgia and Indiana for several years, Ms. Hattaway moved to Florida with her family in late 2009. She has handled a range of issues from complex multi-party corporate litigation to advanced contract negotiation. From her diverse background, she decided to start a new kind of law practice to make herself more available and approachable to clients.

This is just a sampling of issues she is prepared to deal with. Please don’t hesitate to call, if you have a question about a particular area that isn’t mentioned.

A PROMISE TO YOU: This practice will never take a case that it isn’t completely comfortable handling. If the practice doesn’t have experience with your particular issue, it will tell you and even give you the number of other attorneys in the area to consider. You should never be afraid to get a second opinion or find the person that best meets your legal needs.

* Ms. Hattaway is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Emory University School of Law. She is licensed/admitted to practice and in good standing in Florida and Georgia (Inactive in Good Standing in Indiana). She is currently a member of the Florida Bar Health Law and Business Law Sections. She believes strongly in volunteer/pro bono work and has contributed to her local communities through such organizations as: LEAD Brevard (Class of 2014), Literacy for Adults in Brevard, Brevard Art Museum Council of 100, Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), Florida Supreme Court Justice Teaching Program, Brevard Legal Aid Children’s Project, Brevard County Schools, and 2-1-1 Brevard.
